How do you get through the secret entrance?

Found out. You have to go to Bonny Village site of grace and from there go along the left alongside the cliff until you jump over the gap and keep going a bit from there. You'll come up to a tree with a headless statue under it that has the "mother o mother" emote. Go back to the shadow keep back gate site of grace and in the small room with the headless statue and note on the ground, do the emote and the entrance will open.

How do you get to the cathedral? You kind of skipped that step.

First head to the Moorth Ruins site of grace on Scadu Altus. In the Moorth ruins there is a chasm in the ground you can parkour your way down. Follow the straight forward path down there and you'll arrive at bonny village. From the Bonny Village site of grace, head east, across two wooden bridges. These will continue into a dirt road, follow the road until the path converges into two seperate paths. Take the left path that will take you Manus Metyr Cathedral.
