First of all, the thumbnail is 👌🏽👌🏽 Secondly, getting waves without durag is you working in vain. As soon as you lay your head down, majority of your progress is gone. Of course, pomade will help to keep it in place, but there’s only so much that can do.

I'm a few months late but if anyone else is wondering, you wear the durag while rinsing to keep your pattern in place. Or else that wash and style will have been close to useless in terms of helping you progress. That means that yes, you do the same with conditioner
