Dude the game is a million times better now... the amount of content.. the quality of the content.. certainly alot of fun right now .. i played alittle linget then u but been a cpl yeats for me sonthe game is way diff.. way better

Traversal is easy in D2 "once you know how' it's actually fun. Getting to the fun in traversal means practice, missions like Whisper/Avalon/Seraph's Shield allow you to practice your traversal skills. I have played since 2019 and it took me a long time to 'git gud' at traversal, I basically yelled at the screen, blamed Bungie and everything else for my 'skill issues.' Then one day I decided to learn how to jump in D2 with all the classes. What I found out was there were gaps in my knowledge that are not conveyed well in the game about each jump. Now I jump with freedom and confidence, and 95% of the time when I fail at jumping it's my fault. Git gud just means practice, skill issue just means you have to learn something, these are not inherently bad terms unless they are said in a disparaging tone, or by someone who has low self-esteem and wants to make themselves feel superior to you for some small dick reason. My friends in game use them a lot and laugh with each other when we need to 'git gud' or we need to resolve a 'skill issue.' I practiced my jumping a lot in the Dreaming city, just jumping from one spot to another. Was it boring? Yes. Did it pay off? Yes, in spades. :)

@@DestDisc I get what you're saying, and I appreciate your insight and advice. And you're right; Bungie doesn't do much to explain how jumping works. In fact, they don't go out of their way to explain much to new players. But I have never enjoyed jumping games. The idea that I have to stick a landing exactly to keep from dying has never been my idea of fun. It doesn't help that the jumping in D2 feels too imprecise and floaty. Playing with MnK doesn't help this. And again, I hate the level design - buildings and structures in virtually every environment built on a bottomless abyss, simply to make the game artificially "more challenging". As for traversal areas, the idea that beings who can cross the solar system, but can't come up with a means of personal locomotion other than jumping, just strikes me as odd. But then, I've played mostly single player games, because I enjoy the immersion. A good immersive game is like reading a good book. But D2 constantly reminds me that I'm playing a game. Of course, I could "git gud" at jumping if I put enough effort into it. However, there are just too many things I prefer to invest my time and effort into. Just like with aim training, I don't want to spend dozens, if not hundreds of hours into playing a game better. I play games for fun: when it becomes a chore, it loses that fun. BTW, you are also so right about those insecure people who derive their self-worth, self-esteem and sense of superiority by how well they play a game. I have way too much going on in my life to need to judge myself by such sorry standards. Anyway, because of these and other issues I have with D2 - eg, crappy loot drops, ridiculously stringent RNG, repetitive gameplay, too much required grinding - and having to play pvp matches against elite stacks with adept weapons - I'm seriously questioning if the game is for me.

Do this with the warlock easiest also do with Fireteam finder which is now in the game...piece of cake, old school was impossible..

@@WAFFENAMT1 Just got back playing and did this solo as a casual player on a Warlock. Definitely doable, just take your time. And use nova bomb for the bosses and max out whatever gives you the fastest super

@parzivalplays7403 I agree. I was a new light when this mission launched and I couldn’t get it then. I felt bad but it only made me want to get better at the game. Now, part of me is happy that exotics are easier to get because I don’t always have time to play, but it also means they feel less special, especially when legendary gear is so powerful these days.
