If you are sending inventory to a warehouse in the US does the inventory value get included in the investment?

I would assume as long as you have receipts and it is your LLC that got invoiced, you could add it to your business costs. Just my understanding though

You mentioned tutoring as a potentially bad model for E2 due to low start-up and marginality concerns, but what about a franchise like Kumon which requires a franchise fee, physical commercial space, the hiring of employees, etc… I assume this would be an acceptable business model to satisfy USCIS?

A franchise such as Kumon could potentially be a good business for e2 purposes. This would have greater start up costs, a need for staff, a physical location, etc.
