It all depends on the reasons why a relationship ended. What you should do is ask yourself if it's worth getting back your ex or not. I don't see anything wrong with getting your ex back as long the relationship is to be stronger and better than ever before, and to leave the bad history in the past. Just always remember that there's many more women out there worth pursuing.

I dug this video LFA. It spoke to me in a few ways. I don't claim to be a chad, just a dude who puts more effort into his looks than 90% of guys. Which isn't saying much from what I seen. Point is, I always got women with my appearance, so I never made effort in other area's. Point is, every single one I did the FWB thing with, moved on to men who are far less attractive but were willing to put effort into them. I'm at the crossroads of my life, and have been for about 3 years. I do want more than a FWB or hookup, problem is finding quality women. Most in their 30s are either ran through or single mothers. So a sweet spot is mid 20s, 10 or so years younger than me. Unfortunately they seem to want the career guy, and looks take a backseat.

We're not all Dicaprio (100s of millions), but he gathers that too: early to mid-20s is all he'll FWB with. Probably makes them sign a contract to keep free from BS later. I have the same problem of quality woman is RARE, but I see several married abound around where I'm at, seemingly doing fine w/ kids. How long that lasts? don't know. I am the career guy, but I'm not tryin, and yes if I wasn't the career guy, they'd ALL not be a-knockin in my 40s. I do not really even bother with my looks, but I do keep in pretty kicka55 shape as of 2019 when I first started developing my routine and haven't really had any layoff. They notice what shape you are in. I notice they notice. I look Bigger now in addition to being the "career guy." In my life I'd never worked out as much as I have these past 3 years. It's not just working out for the sake of working out, but picking the right thing to do and get a free MMA class and then steal what they show you and take it home to do on your own. Then you can add what's right for You from KZfaq. The main boon for me has been jumprope then pullups then lunges (reverse protects your knees, but may hurt your heal/foot to which you just lay off of that exercise for a week or 2 then go back to it - anything new you start you're gonna be sore). It's all about adding/subtracting habits and not getting lazy. Sure, you can go on vacation and relax for a couple weeks or even a month, but you know when to go back to crackin down hard on your cardio/bodyweight or lifting. It changes your walk and women see that you are competent or adept or balanced or capable of handling changes/molding nature - they want to be molded by the creator.

Keep up the good work man. I'm into fitness myself, and I will agree women do take notice of a guy in good shape. Maybe only 20% of guys are these days, and if got some height and a attractive face. That puts you into the top 5% or so. As mentioned before, my weakness is my career or lack there of. I know I could make more money, but in management. It means putting in 55+ hours a week and more stress for maybe 15,000 additional. As a single man, with no kids. I live such a simple life, i dont need much. Sure, if I want a family I need to push harder, but I kinda gave up on that at this stage. I honestly fell into depression, and it's completely situational. I just haven't find the right angle to succeed in life, and it's not getting any better.

I recently broke up with my now ex-gf. We met online and i was the one who helped her immigrate to here from Venezuela. We lived together for 3 solid years and during those three years we had some good times. We fought a few times but it was over all ok. I was working with my dad and the business was going through a bad patch. then COVID hit and destroyed the business. So we went through about a year and a half of difficulty. Then my dad passed away about 2 months agoand I am having a hard time managing the business. Well she wanted us to move to the USA from Europe. I said no. the Sex frequency had since diminished considerably. Then one evening she says she wants to break up. I persuade her to stay and she agrees. then the next morning she changes her mind and says she wants a breakup. Then 2 days later says she wanrs a break,. So I pack her stuff for her so she can leave. She gets upset and leaves. I should have known better.

I saw the segment on Friday. I don't have the experience he has because he was with a high quality woman. I also don't think he wants to get back with her. He has the belief that there just aren't that many high quality women out there and that he may not want to go through all the work just to find another. Which is valid. But in this day and age, he's going to have to resolve to eventually. The amount of quality women is going to decrease as time goes by if things don't change and that's just the reality.

I've always believed that at times we get caught up in what we can do and don't realize that relationships are more about what we won't do even though we can. We can go back out there and start all over again but the truth is, what is out there? Now you gotta do it all over again to make a good impression and honestly, all that is trivial considering now you know what really needs to go into a relationship for it to be maintainable. Few people think about the maintenance side of relationships and merely see it as a novelty. The circumstances might seem so big and the situation so overwhelming but now you won't get kind gestures or someone taking time out their day to help you because you matter so much. Now there is no reverence nor mutual understanding. We're all free to do what we want until what we do changes who we are, then there is no reverence. Thats because self-control always trumps free will. But thats rarely taught.

Because I'm gettin pretty long in the tooth being older now mid-40s, it's not good for me to shave (ever), but I just did a clean shave just to see. I look childish or boyish when I shave. The beard/stash hides my boyish looks underneath. I also Feel different when I clean shave just not good, although the beard/stash was gettin pretty nappy/dirty. I used to not be able to grow a beard due to work, now, since COVID hit thereabouts, I can. Is it good to change every 3 to 5 months? I'll usually get a short short haircut/fade every 4-5 months. MOST people stay the same year-round. I've Always done this I-don't-give-a-fvck get a cut when it's just getting far too long. Been doin this for well over a decade. I think people prefer for you to stay the same (look), but I just don't care and my "look" changes every 4-5 months and women get to see me in various (and maybe unflattering) ways. I'm not young anymore, can't pull off the clean shave daily anymore. I must hide my drawn mouth (from age/lifting) with hair.

Majority of the time, a break-up is final. The "no contact rule" simply gives you the best possible chance of getting back with them, but it's by no means a guarantee... Most women will just move on after a split, and you should too. If she contacts you then cool, make something happen if you'd like. But do not sit around holding your breath.

Women can cheat on you at any time. When she picked you you may have been the best option for her at the time, you weren't necessarily "the love of her life" (like she may have told you), so if she gets with you and you build her life up for the better then she's looking good to other males. Her SMV is now up. If those other males start hitting on her (and they will) , then she will keep her options open and could very well cheat. LFA is right , they are savage. I know it sounds crazy but that's how they are. Find a girl who isn't exactly a beauty queen but one you can still have fun with. The less attractive ones will give you less trouble and if she does cheat you won't really care. You have to lessen the problems in your life. That's the key. All these attractive ones just give you stress.
