Hi 😊 At what stage does the inspector from the bank assess the property for valuation? Is this done when they have been pre-approved or before they submit an application to the bank?

Hi Sam Spot on so it happens right before the funds are released by the banks that have approved who ever qualified for the loan👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿
