As an artist who has struggled with self esteem issues, I've never been super excited about posting videos or pictures. But I watched one of your videos not too long ago. It was about worrying too much about what other people think. Anyway the main takeaway was, in the end not even half of those people will even come to your funeral. I've been thinking about that for a while and I finally got on tiktok lastnight and posted my first video!! Life is too short to be afraid man.

The easier way is to go on settings go to control centre and add the music recognition then when you find a song you click it and the song pops up

Wow thank you so much for this! *Important question, how were you able to get **1:00** available on your songs on tik Tok? This may be something associated with your distributor. I use AWAL so I’ve sent them an email asking how but I wanted to ask you in the meantime since I only have **0:15** on mine; which is a bummer because I’ve had a few tik Tok influencers want to use specific parts of my songs but those sections aren’t on tik Tok. Not everyone uses Distrokid. I personally think it’s the worst distribution platform when it comes to their system, it’s the only distributor I’ve had constant issues with. Can you maybe do another tutorial on other ways to upload music that doesn’t involve Distrokid? A lot of artists use other platforms like CDBaby, TuneCore etc
