is that saw new, out of the box? it might need a little tuning, low screw. also, When ever I use to buy or rebuild a saw, I would run a full tank of fuel threw it, just let it sit and idle. this helps seat the rings and seals, helps the saw break in better. and NEVER EVER use that true fuel stuff.

Brand new out of the box yes. I use the high test no alcohol gas. Thanks for watching.
