Elextro brainz is a pretty good character to use for gnome bomb because of the electric archs when plants are trying to defuse the bomb

I have my armor chomper built for head on chomping. 50, damage, per, chomp. With 215 health (if i remember right) and normal chomper speed. Basically the anti-mech

I never use the beam unless absolutely necessary. By the time it actually does decent damage, you're better off using your fizts. And I'm currently maining electro, but I'm really annoyed because his damage is low, when I get that damage upgrade I bet he'll shred, though.

Omg it makes me so mad how bad the power chomped spray is. It should overheat faster but the damage should scale with time sprayed… but the worst is accidentally chomping someone when you already wasted 3-4 seconds spraying them GRRRR

It's like no one is thinking about making the risky animation tied to ANOTHER set of inputs, to avoid exactly that. Even the souls serie didn't figure that out with their backstabs.

Does the overheat penalty upgrade only affect your weapon when it overheats? Does it not do anything when you don’t overheat the weapon after use?

Overheat penalty only reduces how long the penalty duration is before you get to use your beam weapon again. It’s good if you struggle with heat management of it at first (especially since SB beam’s do tend to overheat very quickly) but once you get the hang of it. The normal overheat upgrade will take over as being more valuable than overheat penalty

Okay i need to ask right now.... WHY. HEALTH REGEN, AND OVERHEAT ON EVERY BRAINZ?! they don't work well at all on Super Brainz at all!!!!

Health regen works since it allows him to recover his larger health pool over a shorter period of time (allowing him to go n brawl more). Overheat works since it allows for more flexible usage of their beam. The exception to this rule is cosmic brainz, where the overheat penalty is used instead (as in his case, his overheat upgrade is too weak to be considered viable, since he only gets 1 additional shot out of before overheating, where as all other SB’s usually get at least another 4 - 6 shots out of their beam)

Gonna miss the days harassing Sunflower mains who were glued to their heal flowers and partners. He was also my first max ranked Superhero because of it.
