My biggest flex is that when I started playing gw2 in 2016, I had no idea how manual detonation worked, so I played e pea like every other peashooter and got him to max without my soul being tainted by the impurity that is abusing manual detonation

Popcap before gw2's release be like: ok, so we need a new peashooter variant that isnt that strong and people wont complain about no skill required, so, what do you propose?? a random employee at popcap: Ok, so here's my idea: make him deal 36 damage a strait shot, give him manual det that deals 27 damage, give him chain lighting and make him as quick as lighting with his 15% speed boost. Ohh and just for extra measure, make his detonation range bigger that the average gw2 player's skill issue

And I was here thinking that the original EP git gud intro couldn’t be topped! Okay, but seriously, spicy opinion ahead, but I believe that this character _does_ require some level of skill, as well as him not being the most annoying character in the game. Top 5 for sure, but not number one (COUGH COUGH, BBQ CORN). If it’s a max rank playing as him though, God help us all.

@@invincible_fbi Fake. The others are either Fire Flowers or Nec’Roses to make sure the EP can accomplish 100 kills during the first point. On rare occasions you see more than one max rank EP in the same place.

Well when ever you get killed by a plasma pea, you know that they at least put some effort into killing you. But E-Peas are just 3 year olds with just pressing random buttons. That's why I think E-Pea is worsr.

The main reason why I find plasma pea more insufferable to fight is because he's not only even stronger than electro pea, but he's also WAY more common.

Honestly can agree. Especially if ur an imp or a low health class since the full charge can just delete ur health pool… that and outside of charging it up, plasma gets no downside whatsoever using his charged shots, no speed penalty, no jump penalty, hell not even any ammo penalty

This is my "in case of emergency" character, i honestly just pull it off if i need to help my team to push or as a distraction since everyone will be targeting me, so it gives my teamates some time to push (it only works if they have more than one shared braincell and actually try to push )

I actually hate this character, but not what you're thinking. I'm terrible at using the manual-detonation characters, as I have poor timing on the explosions. So I just when them for something like Ops instead of multiplayer.

@@Samuel152 I remember playing squawk against another max rank about a month ago on lunar landing, he was playing party rose and I guess I killed him when he was close to party time, so he went out of his way to sneak attack me from my blind spot, and I guess I kind of started it but I went back to my spot and killed him then tbagged, he then switched to e pea and targeted me the whole game, I kept thinking he would get bored but he didn't, this kept going until last point when I got tired. I cycled between cosmic, painter, base pirate and super commando (so he couldn't keep up with the icons) and killed him a few times. You might think I was being petty but this guy would wait out the hyper cooldown behind cover and jump in the tubes when i get him low so I wouldn't get kill participation

I then encountered him a few days later on great white north on cannon, this loser could only play the two must bested characters in the game, I left the lobby but looking back I should've targeted him as e.p, tagged then left

Realistically, LT didn’t need to make this video, because the character is so braindead and overpowered that it doesn’t matter if you’re aim is worse than a drunk archer, as you’ll still get roughly 48 vanquishes

@@jemmanuel1329 that entirely depends on how much effort your willing to put in. Electro pea has a very low skill floor so anyone can easily pick up and play him once you get a hang of manual detonation. Agent pea has a much higher skill floor and requires precision, but his maximum potential can far exceed EP’s when in the right hands.

E pea i always tho7ght e pea sucked and without hyper hes worse i dont want my fave class to be reconiz3d by e pea and even when i first saw him i thought he as bad when i was plying to max him out i barely used detenation as he did more dmage without, I use 2 reloads and 1 speed upgrade

Or just make his MD splash deal just 10 instead of 27 so he won't be that deadly against certain classes and remove his extra speed because it's fucking unnecessary
