I share the things I'm mindful of as consultant and creative director when giving feedback. BUT ALSO, how to receive feedback so your creative soul isn't crushed. I know how it feels - we creatives are sensitive little creature even if we pretend that we're not. But hopefully this video will save you from the heart break.

Ive realised, You can only take from things what you can comprehend & you brain specifically your memory lies to you all the time lol so when you re watch or re read something your (well me) are often like... 'wait i don't remember that' or 'ohhh yeah that bit makes sense now' or even 'Rah the ideas i get from this are completely different to the first time I watch it' lol ... it keeps on giving! lol
