Giving (and receiving) creative feedback is such an essential skill that doesn't seem to be taught often.
I share the things I'm mindful of as consultant and creative director when giving feedback. BUT ALSO, how to receive feedback so your creative soul isn't crushed. I know how it feels - we creatives are sensitive little creature even if we pretend that we're not. But hopefully this video will save you from the heart break.

@@KaLokHo Haha your welcome & definitely do! Ive realised, You can only take from things what you can comprehend & you brain specifically your memory lies to you all the time lol so when you re watch or re read something your (well me) are often like... 'wait i don't remember that' or 'ohhh yeah that bit makes sense now' or even 'Rah the ideas i get from this are completely different to the first time I watch it' lol ... it keeps on giving! lol
