I never thought I would watch the whole video in one sitting, the conversation was very touchy. Some of my assumptions are came to clear about Ashwin sir that about his family, struggles, humble personality with courageous mindset, relationships with scholarly so on. As a mom in Pp( delivered baby on aug1) I am under a lot of stress this moment . Gratefully enough used a bit of relax time to watch this video and remembered to cherish every min and enjoy the motherhood as Ash said, each min is important in human life , life is happening. Please do a podcast with school toppers. Put some limelight on them for appreciation for their achievement. This will encourage students in some ways to do well in studies. Do use your popular platform to empower education

@@jordanb9363 What crap you want me to admit on. Yes creativity, innovative thinking and skill sets are important but education is equally important. People still need education for a lot of reasons besides getting job placement. Becoming a school/state/country topper is as difficult as becoming successful in one's career path. It all starts from school. Encouraging students to get good marks is a great initiative as that will push their boundaries to be competent and do well in exams that will lead to a great job placement. From there, the earlier said elements creativity, skills set, innovative thinking, character, discipline will determine their growth. Just because you weren't studious while in school, that doesn't mean school marks are not important. These dialogues might sound glamorous in cinema but in reality education and marks is as important as any other elements in one's career growth. If you think school marks are not so important, don't send your child to school. Keep him/her on your lap and train him/her with whatever skills you want.
