How to give VALUE to a Cryptocurrency? Liquidity Pools | Rug Pull Scam

What are liquidity pools and how can it be used to give value to your cryptocurrency? What is a Rug pull in cryptocurrencies? How to set up market capital for your token? Why and how to lock liquidity? All questions have been answered in this video itself by Ali Solanki.
Liquidity pools are created to set value for your cryptocurrency. They always have 2 cryptocurrencies in the pool. If you want to give value to your cryptocurrency, you need to be the first liquidity provider for the token. Once you do that, you can create your own liquidity pool with one of the cryptocurrencies set to your token address and the other a popular cryptocurrency like BNB, ETH and so on. These liquidity pools can be set up on Pancakeswap, Uniswap and so on.
Once the liquidity pool is set up, you can then have buyers swap their existing cryptocurrencies to your token driving the price of your token up.
Rug pull:
Rug pull is basically removal of the entire liquidity by the liquidity provider and thereby making the token worthless. It an ethically and morally a wrong practice to perform and is illegal in many of the countries as well.
So stay safe, stay educated and don't fall into such crypto scams and only invest in things you understand and trust.

Good thumb rule would be to keep so much liquidity that only 10% liquidity is used in transactions.

How to add liquidity second time on your token, seems like I cannot add higher liquidity than the first one, as it says Insufficient token balance. First time I added 10€ worth of BNB and now it won't accept the 1000€ worth of BNB, any ideas how can this be solved.

The initial constant product was 100 * 100 = 10,000 If you put in 50 BNB, then in the pool there will be 100 + 50 = 150 BNB So for the 10,000 to remain constant, there should be 10,000 / 150 = 66.667 T tokens in the pool. You will get the remaining part, that is 100 - 66.667 = 33.333 That means, if you want to buy T tokens for 50 BNB, you will get 33.333 instead of 50. The other way, if you want to buy 50 T tokens, you have to pay 100 BNBs. That's why it is impossible to empty the pool: to buy 100 T tokens you have to pay infinite BNBs.

The tokens will never reach 0. There will be an error if you try to swap such a huge amount and slippage would be too high. Adding more to liquidity is only done in order to stabilise the prices so that a single transaction doesn't cause the prices to move drastically.

if i provide 1 bnb for 10 000 000 token does that mean that the people can only buy 10 000 000 token ? or i just need to add liqudity and then everyone can buy how much they want .. please answer me i subscribe and liked the video :)))

They can only buy from those 10M tokens if you add liquidity for them only

Why should I set the price of the token? Isn’t the price fixed automatically accordingly the market cap and the supply?

The initial price is always set by the owner itself. Afterwards the market decides the price by buying and selling the tokens.

I'm created token, total supply 100 trillion, I'm was added 8 billion tokens liquidity but now prices going to high. I was buy my token worth of 3.6 usdt after 4 people buy now value 9.1 usdt. So, what is this problem sir.

What is the problem? Price is going up because someone is buying your token, and that is what you want, isn't it?! What you have to do, is swapping your token for usdt in order to put the price down.

Yeah so you will gain or lose money based on bnb’s price. But that’s the whole point. Don’t just hold cryptocurrencies, instead put it in liquidity pools or something like that where you earn passive income in crypto.
