Witness Noah Nice level ups! Try to get comfortable switching from regular whips to the circle move and maybe some flails here and there just to spice things up lol mix it up 💯

Kyle Thornton try slowing down the video on the settings and Pat attention to some key notes. Your wrists r never going to break, the hand in the back does a finger roll while the front does a whip, and that u have to finish in the position that u start in. Hope this helps.

Hi quick question hoping you could answer :) I found that i could connect my finger rolls way better if I had my right hand closest to me and lead with my left hand but moving to the right, pointer to pinky (clockwise my pov). In the vid you lead with the hand in back... is there any reason I shouldn’t lead with my front hand and go the opposite motion? Idk of that makes sense 🤣 haha would appreciate any advice and great vid !!!

Kristen Anne i am starting with my right hand closest to me but initiating the movement with the pointer. If u wanted to do the reverse u could swap ur hands and keep ur left hand close to u. It does matter how u do it because the full circle will not connect if u do it the other way. Watch ur movements with a mirror to see what I mean.

Zachary Mason focus on finger rolls, whips, liquid and flails. That is the basis of light shows. Then u can move on to more advanced moves

Really sorry to hear that. Try slowing down the speed of the video. Also you need to master your fundamentals before you learn this move. There is a lot of simultaneous movements so you need to be aware of that. Just remember if it’s frustrating you, go do something else. Gloving is suppose to relieve stress not cause it. So go distract yourself and come back when your in a better mindset 😌
