When you see yourself in the mirror just be like "Oh damn look at me i look drop dead gorgeous" and say it out loud so that you actually believe it, even when youre doing something just be like "oh hell yeah look at me go". I first saw her body and im like “ugh.... her tummy is amazing and so flat...” and felt sort of insecure. But then she purposely showed her stomach (her body still looks amazing) and said how a certain size should never be your end goal..... she is truly amazing. I’m so happy how she rocks her body regardless and shows her confidence. I love you.

I’ve seen so many of these “how to glow up ” type videos and I have never seen one as surrounded by self care as this one. Sure there’s skin care and hair care- but never mental and self care. I’ve seen so many of your videos now and I’m still relatively new subscriber, and even my own confidence has been boosted a little knowing that so many of the expensive looking things or the outrageously confident people I see aren’t that far away from where I stand in life now. Keep doing what you’re doing girl! You might change the world!❤️❤️

i love amber's approach to "glowing up"---it's very much needed in the superficial world we live in today. her focus is not to necessarily always LOOK good but FEEL good, which is super important!!! i'm glad she's using her platform to promote healthy "glow ups" instead of the toxic ones (plastic surgery, for example) we see more often here on yt. love u and what u stand for, amber!! xo

A while ago I saw you making a moodboord so this year I made my own...I have to stay I have the same " stay calm and be clean" quote as you and IT WORKS. Every Saturday I clean my house and I keep everything organized (as much as I can) but that's also because I see every single day the pic I took from the internet with " be clean / stay clean"... so thank you for encouraging me to make my own moodboord. actually i think she said "eating fab keeps you feeling fab!" she's saying you don't have to starve yourself or go on a diet if you don't want to because you'll just be miserable. eat the cookie and feel great while doing it.
