@@CleverBill-DIYi actually would have rather did plaster skim coat on it and leave it as is but finding plaster here is impossible

Wow this is just what we need for our apartment renovation! We also need to fix up the external walls. You mention that this is not desirable due to mold and moist. How would you renew those walls? A wooden frame and fasten drywall with screws?

It is better to plaster external walls and thus not create a hidden cavity where mold can develop.

Hi, dowels for shelves are best fastened into a brick wall, passing through the dowel through drywall.

It is not permissible to glue drywall to damp walls. Also, it is not practical to glue drywall indoors to external walls; here it would be better to install the sheets on a metal frame.

If i fix the drywall exactly as you , the drywall can be plated with tiles ? i have to hidde some ppr pipes in bathroom...

Here only at your own peril and risk, since the tiles are very heavy! If the walls have normal adhesion to the glue, then the sheet of drywall itself is held on to the glue quite firmly and cannot be torn off by hand. But if it is a damp room, then the glue may come off the walls.

How do you remove this? I can’t find anything on it and my home had someone glue it on top of unpatched or cracked cement, Which created mold..how do we fix this?

Tear off what comes off and knock down the glue with an electric hammer, or by hand with a chisel and hammer.

Definitely not, the mud wall has poor adhesion. The adhesive will not adhere to such a surface. On such a wall, it is possible to mount sheets only on the crate.
