The newer way to go insanely fast is to use the hovercar in the hover more with insanity. The default masses out speed is like almost 450 while hovering and 250 on the ground. Please test this out

Thats small speeds... around that time i got a really random glitch that made my pagani hover infinitely, so i held w... untill i reached the unbreakeable speeds of 40k+ mph this was without insanity, that glitch only happened once to me. Ive got proof of the speeds too.
