“How are you?” is just a conversation starter, be natural, confident and polite in whatever you usually say to other people. I have given many interviews and my standard reply has always been: “I’m doing great, how about you?” Never felt as if interviewer didn’t like that response. Remember, both of you are professionals, I am sure you wouldn’t give an expanded answer if your colleague asked you the same question, similarly the interviewer is also used to hearing that normal reply.

Basically bakchodi karo...bohot excited hai hum aapke 20k ke job ke liye...

Can you please make it a short answer and simple please because the answer is very long and we can't say properly in interview but the answer is good

This is not the correct way, you seem to make only your way the best way. I have cleared so many interviews and found that infact asking people back on how they are leaves a much positive impression as they feel that the candidate is confident, and also that the interviewer likes that infact someone asked them

I will immediately reject the candidate if he or she gives such unnecessary long answer.

Why didn't you say ma'am in the second response ? Is maam a bad word? Also, how are you answer is way too long. This much ans is unnecessary. Person can talk more on job experience and educational skills . No need to elaborate on the simple asked questions.

These kinda advices are super outdated. Maybe in the early 2000's , this might have worked.
