Grilling Season is here! 100% grassfed beef from uswellnessmeats.com is nutritious and tasty!
INGREDIENTS
Sirloin Steak
(grasslandbeef.com/petite-top-...)
Grass-Fed Ghee
1 Cauliflower Head, cut into “steaks”
Olive oil
Seasoning:
Black pepper
Sea salt
Oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare your grill by turning it to medium heat. Grass-fed beef cooks quicker than grain-fed, so take caution with the temperature.
Pat the sirloin steak dry and season both sides of the steak with oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. (Carley prefers a very basic seasoning for the steak so that the original steak flavor is brought to life.)
Grill the steak at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or to your preferred temperature.
Cut the cauliflower head into “steak” slices. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and sea salt. Grill 3-5 minutes on each side.
Now for the finishing touches: sprinkle extra sea salt and oregano to both the sirloin and the cauliflower steaks. Drizzle olive oil on the cauliflower and melted ghee on the steak.
Voilà! Add this simple recipe to your summer grilling list to enjoy the nutrient-rich, all-natural flavor of grass-fed beef and fresh cauliflower.

US Wellness Meats was founded in 2000 in Monticello, Missouri (pop. 98) by visionary farmers, who saw that big-business cattle-raising practices were taking a toll on our animals and our health.
By returning to rotational grazing practices that are good for the planet and good for our cattle, we led the way in introducing a new generation to the unmatched taste, tenderness, and healthiness of grass-fed beef. Our animals don’t need antibiotics or growth hormones to grow big and healthy. Our land doesn’t need pesticides or artificial irrigation systems to develop rich, fertile bio diversity.
