St Louis style spare ribs
Rub Recipe- ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup paprika, 2 Tbsp salt, 2 Tbsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp onion powder, 1 Tbsp sugar
Spritz- Apple Cider Vinegar
Glaze- ½ cup apple cider vinegar, ½ cup your favorite sweet bbq sauce. (For example Sweet Baby Rays)
Wood blend - Hickory, Apple, and Peach for gas grill smoke bombs
Instruction
Pull membrane
Add binder
Add a light coating of rub and rest for one hour
Heat Grill to 250 and place Hickory Smoke bomb on Grill 30 before cooking
Place ribs on grill after smoke starts and then add fruit wood smoke bomb
After 45-60 minutes Rotate The ribs. add rub and spritz
After 2 hours add rub, spritz, and wrap and place on grill top side down
After 3.5 hours temp ribs
Check internal rib temp every 30 minutes
Pull at an internal temp of 200-205
Apply glaze and a light layer of rub.
Return to grill for 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy
