Hi I am new to your channel and I really like what I have seen so far. With ogoshi, I find the hardest thing to set up is this initial grip around the back. Do u have any tactics for setting up the grip during randori. Thanks

Try to use your feet with ouchi or a sweep as you go for the grip. There are other ways but maybe I will do a video on it.

Someone else told me that the turning of the wrist is also related to kuzushi. Is that true? Also, can all the principals in this video be applied to no gi?

Sometimes I feel like I grab too high with O Goshi. Is grabbing the belt a bad idea?

Grabbing the belt is actually really good, but in judo if you do you must attack in a couple seconds or you get a shido
