this video helps But number one is you're not gonna grow a beard like his overnight. You can expect about an inch to an inch and a half per month and that's when the fast side. So if you want to semi decent beard you're probably looking at 2 to four months of growth. But I use biotin, a multivitamin, fish oil, beard oil and I have about a three and a half inch beard and I started three months ago
