Thank you for sharing! I had no idea what the plant looked like or that you only use the roots in harvesting. It's too tall a plant for my tiny comm garden plot I rent every year, as I live in an apt, but I will check out your site as the next best way to make my own meds. I've been buying capsules from Walmart, and am trying hard to get away from that.

Amazing that you are growing Black Cohosh in full sun, it grows in Forests here in Western NC but I have noticed the best roots i find are on the edge of the Forest where it gets more Sun.
