Rub nails together, flip hair upside down and massage scalp, castor oil massages, onion juice, and vitamins. I am uncertain what nail rubbing has to do with stem cells, and what we do with the onion juice, but here it is.

The music she chose for this video was funky. Had me groovin. Loved that she confirmed to me what I felt was true that its beneficial to do inversion daily. She does it! I prefer ancient wisdom and traditional cultural knowledge over mainstream medical recommendations most times. We were already brilliant experts. I do the inversion for 10 minutes while pressure point scalp massaging.

I can invert my head for hair growth every few months only, because my hair growth doesn't respond to it once a month. I can believe onion juice works, but the smell of onion in my hair may detract people. Castor oil is awesome for hair!

Here's something that might help some people with the massaging of the nails. Try applying a light oil to the cuticles of the nails and massage also a nail buffer has the same effect use it to buff each nail individually or all four at once. This actually feels a lot better than rubbing the nails with your nails, and people don't think you're being weird.

I applied onion juice n left it for more than half an hour....I tried this one month back but I can smell that onion still...in this mean while i applied coconut milk trice and castor oil for 4-5times but im not able to remove that onion smell from my hair.....

I haven't tried it on hair, but it works great on hands to remove onion smell: you rinse under water while rubbing something made of stainless steel. I use the faucet or a spoon on my hands. It works every time, for both garlic and onion, even if they have been there for awhile.

Hi sushmitha.I'm a 26 year old guy who's started to notice a receeding hairline.Do you have any suggestions for preventing it and stopping prom progressing further.Moreover I don't use any chemicals on my hair.Only an ayurvedic oil(neelibringhadi hair oil) and shikakai powder to clean the scalp.I have done a blood test and found everything to be normal.Noticed this since last four months all if a sudden.Plus I have lost volume at the top and hair became thin all of a sudden.I still have 10cm strands and a high hairline.People can't notice much.The condition looks worse and I can't analyse the root cause for it.If you have tips to follow ,please do update me
