I had a relaxer less than a year ago and my natural hair has almost grown back to it's original length but in less than a year. It took atleast 8 years for my hair to become it's original length and it's taking less than a year to grow that long again. (As a result of the gummies) so I do believe it works

I drink water like crazy too. Ive had acne for years. It doesn't always have to deal with the amount of water you drink. Sometimes it's just genetics.

Deep condition once a week or after every shampoo Always apply water before any leave in when dealing with dry hair it’s beast to damp hair over the sink with warm water Keep hair twisted and tied back after fully moisturized Fact : natural hair is dry to the touch naturally . It is good to practice moisturize retention daily . Jus because hair does not stay moisturize does not mean u should stop adding moisture WATER is the best moisturizer above any leave in The texture of your hair will determine what products work best for u My natural hair is typ 4 hair , but it hates product build up and can be dry to touch after a day or two without water . I like water based moisturizers , and oils like olive , avocado, coconut, and Moroccanoil.

I tried it and it truly worked but I had so much acne just remember to drink a lot of water with them
