You wanna know the most commonly used way to extract passwords, phishing attacks and social engineering attacks. These are the two most commonly used techniques used to extract the passwords or if there is a major data breach in the company which for the most part is also conducted with social engineering attacks or a fork of it. Brute forcing and dictionary attacks aren't commonly used now a days. It's still used sometimes for very low level attacks but in large scale attacks it's all social engineering and phishing attacks
