Can we take a moment out for appreciating how relentlessly he has been making such videos to motivate all the students and constantly inspiring them not to give up at the same time when other teachers are busy trolling each other, finding defects in the other person, following agressive marketing. Sir main avi is dard se gujar rahi hu....itna back pain hai ki doctor ko dekhwana pada or avi physiotherapy chal rha hai 😔

Pelvic lift is really very helpful. I have used this during my ca foundation preparation, my lower back pain was completely gone. In addition to this I also recommend Pelvic "tilt" and Leg raises on a pull up bar. Now I do stretches in the morning and heavy workout in the afternoon every day so it's not a big problem now

Thank you so much sir. Mujhe ye bohot problem ho raha hai abhi. College k time aisa padhna habit ban gaya tha. Ab back pain bohot hvy level pe ho gaya hai. Even maine Back pain belt bhi purchase kar liya. Din m 10-14 hours m math karta tha Bed pe baithke. Ku6 din pehle serious pain aagaya tha. Aapka ye video mujhe bohot help hua. Thank you so much. Thank you sir Literally AtoZ ye saare chije kar rhi thi Mai library mai bhi chair pe palti marke padhti thi.. And ghar pe laptop table bhi chota hai.. And pelvic cleft maine try kiya abhi 10times hogya abhi aajh bhot pain horha tha ajh move bhi lagya library nhi gyi aajh.. aajh kai badh mai ye sabh follow krugi sir thxx

Sir your tips were seriously so effective I tried that placing pillow below hips and the pelvic exercise.. Within secs I was getting relief.. You always help me through all your videos Ekdum sidhi realistic bat n no bakwas 👌 thank you sir

First you should finish all subjects classes. Then make a revision plan. NO matter how many times we revise, we will forget when we prepare another subject. It is natural.
