Thank you so much for this tips right now I’m in a depressing state and I can’t even explain how I feel to anyone. My husband doesn’t even understand me. Please can you recommend books that can help me uplift my mood. Coming to the Uk has been really depressing living my comfort zone my friends and family to start up a new life where I barely know anybody.
