Great video bro. A tip, if you have the iPhone 7 or higher, instead of holding the home button and the power button to reset, hold the “volume down button” and the power button

Hey thanks for the video. It’s helping with the next update for iPhone 4. I’ve only got updates below version 9 and I can’t download all apps because of this. And once I’ve downloaded I may even get to fix the other problems it had with safari and App Store by restring through iTunes like u did in the video so thanks.

No, activation lock is connected to the Apple’s database they have your device code and the status of your activation lock, If you want to remove it you have to contact them

yes you are right but, this way called hard resetting in case you forgot your pass-code or your device freezes! the way you talked about it's called soft reset it's just few taps to get reset. I hope you got it :) Bests.

Im in a situation where I may have a currupt file and my phone goes crazy most the time. I may be able to make it into settings. Are you refereeing to the soft reset with the buttons or is there an actual way to reset the phone in settings?

Yes that’s exactly why I’m so frustrated with this purchase. It’s my first iPhone and it’s a little infuriating to see such a simple step on any other phone can be over complicated. It’s easy to do just really tedious compared to ANY other phone. Taking this junk back and getting a real phone. Screw Apple
