Hello po ng factory date reset po ako. Pero but ganon hindi maibalik yung phone ko nawala lahat pati icon. Hindi kunaa open

Maybe you have the new OS. Plug the USB-C Cable on a PC and connect to the Phone. Turn off the Phone, start with Power and Volume up, Release when the Logo comes.
