It is possible to do a reset without erasing the data?? when i connect the phone (Galaxy J5 2016) to the pc it recognises it, and suddlenly does not reconigse it and so on. I´ve tryed to use Samsung Smart Switch to make a copy of the data and after that do a hard reset but i have the same problem as before and it´s not possible. The phone has already deleted some data from the intern memory and does not recognise my micro sd anymore... I really dont know what to do , any advise would be very helpfull. Thank you in advance.

i did hard reset. Now i am at Welcome screen. When i tap on soemthing, it just vibrates. I have to double tap to activate something. How to turn off this vibration? Note: As i said earlier, i am at welcome. Yet to pass google a/c stage. I accidentally activate this vibrate mode( i think it is called talkback mode) by pressing something. Now i don't know how to disable it. It is annoying. I am still at Welcome stage showing wifi link.
