Thank you so much for making this video, I knew how to do the factory reset, and I had attempted it on this device like a million times, but I wasn't able to actually make it happen on this particular device . I watched your video and your technique of not releasing the volume button totally worked!!!!!!!! I am super grateful. Thank you so much!

I had to do it a few times but it did reset. You do have to hit the volume down and power key. When the LG logo comes on let go of power and KEEP HOLDING THE DOWN VOLUME. GL!!!

It helped, But you didn't explain the steps clear enough .. like how when you push in the power key and volume down button at the same time, when the logo comes up, you *KEEP THE VOLUME DOWN BUTTON HELD IN LET GO OF THE POWER BUTTON FOR 2 SECONDS THEN PUSH THE POWER BUTTON BACK IN*

jojo literally just power off ur phone after it is completely off hold the volume down button and the power button at the same exact time and as soon as ur phone turns on let go of the power button for like 2 seconds then click it again but keep holding the volume down button then when u see the boot menu ur all good
