Are you looking for a fun and easy way to enjoy a vegan steak? Look no further! In this video, I'll show you how to harvest, cook, and eat an ENTIRE sunflower head.
Not only is this a fun and tasty way to eat, it's also an environmentally friendly way to enjoy a vegan steak. And best of all, it takes less than 30 minutes to complete! So if you're looking for a fun and easy vegan meal, be sure to check out this video!
Today we are harvesting, cooking and eating an WHOLE SUNFLOWER HEAD!! I harvest a traditional yellow colored sunflower head, and compare the taste to a smaller red sunflower head!
I do believe sunflowers are the future of vegan or vegetarian steak! They offer awesome bang for your buck and are great alternatives to corn on the cob!

Well, I may or may not have a sunflower perfect for this I’ll have to go out into my garden. I have quite a few sunflower plants and I do have some that have lots of petals. But I always let my things go to seed.

I am going to have to give that a try. I hope I have a sunflower out of my garden that I can use. Some of them a bit out there quite some time so I may be too long. I don’t know but if I can’t get one for this year I definitely will get one for next year. Thanks so much for sharing it. I can’t wait to get this recipe a try. Thanks so much for sharing it with us, my dear friend.

You know something the best part is the more we can grow in our garden and eat the less money we have to spend at the grocery store. And he thinks really get bad. We can just go to our garden and pick something to eat. I would’ve never thought sunflowers would be that good. I will have to get this want to try.

I love the video as always you are one of my favorite gardening channels. You always go out there and try something new and different and let us know if it’s worth the effort or not. I can do right now I’m gonna be going a lot more sunflowers for next year like you I don’t know how many people that big one would serve. I would think at least six or eight family members. You’d have to cut it like a pie.
