Food is something we interact with every single day, but many of us have a tough relationship with it. As someone who's had my fair share of struggles (navigating almost every extreme when it comes to my relationship with food/my body), learning to cultivate a loving, empowering and balanced approach to food has been a huge source of growth for me.
