I’m so thankful you said something about having depression but still have positive energy! I hesitate to tell anyone I have depression because I’m often met with, “But you’re so happy all the time?”, “you’re always smiling though?”. I am a happy/positive person but it takes effort to be because my natural tendency is to fold into myself and succumb to all my depressive/suicidal thoughts!

This topic is so relevant to my human experience right now. I've come to realise that I have full control on what I wish to radiate outward to the people in the room and that whatever mindset or energy I come in with will dictate exactly how these people will react and interact with me. Since this realization, I've started to work more on my energy and on what I expect from the people around me including my family. It's actually magical how the more I spoke my truth, stood my grounds about what mattered to me and started perceiving everyone as my guardian angels and as beings that only seek to help me evolve into my best self whether they knew it or not, the more things shifted. My relationship with my parents is better than ever, my friends who lead such different lives from mine enjoy my company every time we meet and bask in all the love I have for them despite all our differences. The more love I feel for and give myself the more I get back and I'm so grateful for that. So grateful for this life and for all these people around me and I'm so excited to meet all the people I'm destined to cross paths with and to love. Thank you for the cool content as always Leeor.

I’ve just started working at a summer camp as a coach and I love it so much. The work is exhausting but I come home so happy and weirdly full of energy after it. It gives me a vessel to be able to express myself and show in the way I want to show up. I’ve found that I can deal with the more difficult areas in my life so much easier afterwards just by channeling the same energy I feel at work into everything else I do. Leeor, I absolutely love your videos after watching each one it leaves me so inspired and wanting to hear more from you! it was funny because I just started a while back smiling at people when I got an opportunity to on my morning walks with my dog and sometimes saying hi just to see how it would make me feel and if my positive energy can be passed onto them. & you got me remembering the moment I wanted to start doing this and one day I was walking and I was not in the best mindset feeling down and I walked past a man that gave me the biggest smile. I passed him and didn’t smile back and then I thought wow he took time to acknowledge me and smile at me and The more I thought about it I kept picturing his smile & I wished I could’ve smiled back as a thank you and from that moment I was like it’s crazy what kind of energy comes from just a smile and the more I do it now and see people smile back it makes me feel like my energy is passing to them and it’s a great feeling ! Anyways just wanted to share with you:)

I love this! Last week, I walked into my office’s lunch room a little late for lunch, and around 20 of my coworkers were all sitting around the table eating and talking. When I walked in, conversation STOPPED and everyone turned to greet me loudly and one guy gave me a fist bump as I walked around the table to find a chair XD someone goes “whoa, Clare really just stopped the show!” It was so funny! this video helped me realize why: I keep good energetic hygiene and I smile and giggle often! My spiritual practice has given me an energetic groundwork of confidence and love. I would add laugh often to this list! People love it when you laugh at their silly dad jokes (obviously don’t force it, try to get into the humor of the moment haha) ❤️

Growing up, I definitely had my guard up and actually felt like I had more repelling energy as a defense mechanism, which is so strange, but it's honestly the truth. I am the same way when I see people. It's an automatic smile from me! Random people tell me their story if I barely meet them and I do notice when I go to the store or somewhere there is alot of people they stare at me. I am normally a cheery person just kind of hard right now. We had a death in our family but I am trying hard to get back to where I was! These are amazing tips, Leeor! ❤️ Up until maybe 4 years ago I told myself I was shy, it was my identity since I was very young and had an embarrassing experience that made me shrink into myself. My mom always told people I was shy and I labeled myself as such. Now that I've healed from that it's still hard to remember I have the power to raise my energy and be magnetic any time I want! When I feel REALLY good and high vibe I almost always have lovely interactions with people and it feels so good! This video was a great reminder how our energy makes all the difference! ❤️
