I just did the warm soak, then got a heating pad, then I lanced it and milk came rushing out! 5 oz just dripped and this thing was not even 16 hours old. Thanks for the tips what a relief!

Update I got another clogged pore and duct and decided to take the sunflower lecithin and in 4 hours the milk started coming. It took 24 hours of taking 6 pills and I couldn’t pump (because of the pain) for the issue to resolve. I am going to take a maintenance dose until I’m done breastfeeding

This worked. Yay. Had a particularly stubborn bleb for over a week. Finally did the salt water soak, took a few spoons of sunflower lethicin and then exfoliated the trouble nipple with a wet warm cloth and that night was noticeable improvement and now two days later all cleared up. 🎉 Thank you

Saw one of your other video the other day you mentioned about the hakka pump. My husband ordered me one, arrived yesterday and I love this one better than my electronic one that didn't last a week. I can do my house work while the hakka pump do it's job. Definitely recommended.

So helpful! Any suggestions on what to do if a baby wants to eat all the time but uses you as a pacifier half the time? Do I let him comfort nurse? I’m so raw.

It's okay to let someone else try to comfort him/her for a little bit if your nipples need time to heal. I break such sore nipples, I tried to give bottles so I wouldn't have to be a pacifier while my nipples were still getting used to nursing. It's okay for baby to cry a little bit, as long as their needs are met.

You can try to introduce an actual pacifier! If you WANT to comfort nurse, then go for it but if it's hurting you, then it might not be the best for your overall breastfeeding journey. You'll make the best decision, mama!

Do you have any tips for friction blisters? I developed a blister from too high suction on my pump. It popped on its own and it is having a hard time healing. It doesn’t hurt but it does open up while pumping. Can I still use this milk for my baby? I see a tiny bit of blood or other liquid at times while pumping but the nipple doesn’t look infected. Any suggestions?

Assuming that you were able to figure out. So when I get a milk bleb I grab tweezers and gently pluck it out and milk comes out. I immediately pump it with a hakka or nurse my baby. Sometimes what we eat causes blebs so take sunflower lecithin

Idk if this will help since it’s been a year since you commented already, but when my bleb burst I made sure to put nipple butter and air dry it as often as possible. This seemed to help it heal quickly

@daniellesummerfeldt3479 the skin did fall off by it self and it left a small cut .. it's extremely painful.. the pain woke me up from my sleep at 2am.. I took Advil before going to bed and rubbed nipple cream air dry ....that didn't even help for the pain ... the pain is bad 😢
