Below you list the most used that have shown excellent results:
Omega-3 type EPA, the recommended dose is 750 to 3000 mg (EPA + DHA) per day (not recommended in case of blood clotting problems or diseases related to immune defenses).
Boswelia (Boswellia serrata), inhibits 5-lipoxygenase as a real drug, the recommended dose is 200 to 600 mg (standardized 65% boswelic acid extract) per day.
Curcuma (Curcuma longa), inhibits 5-lipoxygenase and COX2 as a real drug and has an antioxidant effect, the recommended dose is 300 to 2000 mg (standardized root extract to make 90% of curcuminoids) per day.
Bromelain (extracted from pineapple), an important anti-inflammatory soft tissue such as joints, the recommended dose is 100 to 500 mg three times a day, away from meals.
Green Tea
Recent investigation has revealed that green tea might be a worthwhile natural remedy for joint pain and stiffness. Rady, you got all wrong about collagen, first of all Collagen is not a artificial "DRUGS" second is the main structural protein in the extracellular matrix , joint cartilage, spine disc, knee, hips, etcc. Glucosamine is a natural compound found in cartilage. you complain because it didn't work for you, this is because you don't know its beneficial use and how to use it with other supplements. avoid making non-informative videos. I don't care what the doctors say or what the stuids say, by doing what I explained I was able to heal the pain that killed me, then if you feel better with other advice I am happy for you
