be upfront and honest about salary and benefits, put that information clear as day in the job description. DO NOT label your position as "Entry Level" then require the person have 2 masters degrees, a doctorate and 15 years experience. This is a surefire way to get your business roasted on social media and in your community. Personally if i found out that a local business of mine is exploiting their employees through slavery wages I will never shop there and put that on social media for hundreds of thousands of people to take notice and do the same. Lastly, perhaps stalking your employees and potential hires on social media reflects more on the shortcomings of the employer than it does the employee. The employee is entitled to have a life outside of their place of employment. Remember this, PEOPLE QUIT SHIT BOSSES NOT JOB
