We will prepare a delicious homemade raspberry liqueur with a very basic and simple by maceration technique, we will use some ingredients that can be found in any store.
Ingredients
- 500 ml (pint) of brandy, marc or vodka
- 125 grams of raspberries (washed)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 125 grams of sugar
- 65 ml of water (quality or mineral)
preparation
Step 1: In a glass jar add raspberries, cinnamon stick and cover with brandy, marc or vodka, close the jar.
Step 2: we have to let macerate 30 days in a dark, dry place, occasionally we turn the boat to move, do not shake it or launch it.
Step 3: Now you have to filter it with a coffee filter paper, cloth, etc., helping a strainer.
Step 4: add the sugar syrup (how to do it: in a saucepan pour the water and put the fire when hot we pouring sugar and let undoing stirring with a spoon, let cool to room temperature), add the macerated sugar syrup, mix it with a spoon.
Step 5: pass it to the bottle where we will serve, although this for consumption, I like to let it sit for a week. This homemade liquor has no expiration date, is preserved just like any industrial liquor.
