This is a great skill to know forsure but you can still hit without doing a 180 swing but given that practicing the 180 is a good thing to know in general. Hook swings are super effective versus vaders because they take so long to land when floating 😂

You're definitely right, sometimes the angle can be different to a 180 but it's a good rule of thumb
