The single question responsible for most of my success is: How can I solve the bottleneck in any situation?
One of the problems with bottlenecks is when people don’t understand what it means in regards to business. A bottleneck is the point that keeps everything else from moving forward. In this video I am going to help you understand how to find and solve these in order to help scale your business.
Ask yourself: What is the one thing such that doing it would make everything else easier or unnecessary?
I want to challenge you to build the habit of thinking about bottlenecks that can be solved every day in order for you to be continuously moving forward and knocking bottlenecks out of the way.
Thinking this way and implementing this into your business it will help your company scale in a way you never thought possible!

Great video. You can keep going down the funnel, identifying each bottleneck solving it, identifying the next one. This is crucial management advice and well done.

I really like how you present the business bottlenecks. It's like picturing a flow of actions and one of those actions isn't going as fast as the rest of them. I'll use this to identify SEO issues :) Thanks!

Great stuff brother! I was introduced to you today through the motivate podcast with Kevin Miller. I have a two year old trade service business and I am definitely the bottleneck. My solution (i think) is to hire someone and delicate more duties to free me up for sales. That’s easier said than done... recruiting good talent to a young business with fewer benefits. Any advice? I’ll definitely be purchasing the Goals audio book btw. Thank you man!

i dont know if this is a bottleneck but a lot of people i done met a lot of people in the restaurant space always complain about pay and they passively do go slows so to me that is the aim i see in africa
