I love the super turf ll so far! Just did a Reno on my side yard and it’s come up in 5 days which is amazing for tall fescue!

Yes, been buying elite seed for many years. Just purchased another bag of 5 Iron PRG seed to do a test strip along a guard rail at work to show everyone how to from start to finish. I simply don't have enough property left. I would love to grow everything. KBG is still cool season king in my eyes and experience.

One more question 🙏 Website says I can get 2 10lb bags for about $100 or a 50 lb bag for about $200. It seems more logical to get the 50lb but my yard isn’t big enough to use it all in one season. How well does it keep being stored if you know?

40lbs of fertilizer 20.5-0-0 for 6 bucks. You can't beat that PJ! Going back to stock up on that. Sure it's not that name brand stuff that cost 60 to 80 bucks a bag. Cost effective it a no brainer.

Hello, I love your channel and I noticed your base in Virginia as well. I’m in Va Beach and it was thinking about doing a complete renovation with RTF fescue. Be the best seed you think for me since I don’t have an irrigation system
