This is great info, but I wish the sound had been mixed better. Put a mic on him next time so we catch all of his words and don't focus on the wind or the country music.

7:22 mark looks like mother wort to me. It the only mint that has that tri-maple leaf look to it. Good for the heart and anxiety, not so pleasant to the tongue though haha
