Most malware cover it's tracks and escalates administrative privilege's beyond user/owner. Also most Android users do not have root access. This video is great for malware created by kindergartners with a purple crayon.

hi , i have a question . i accidently click virus that could infect trojan virus on my android . when i read on internet article , some say i can not infected as long we dont donwload the file , and some say it could infect just by clicking the link . so what should i do ? should i factory reset my phone ?

So I don't know if you still need help but some viruses need to be downloaded as a file and they are usually bundled with a fake pvz or minecraft. But newer ones can affect you by having you click on a link or having you click anywhere on the pop up ad. Still more advanced malware can trick your pc to making it think its actually apart of it. So when you reset the PC keeps the virus and it continues to do its job.
