Hey man, thanks a lot for the pep talk. I'm often scared whenever I'm playing an important match. It's really tough NOT to think about how I'm going to perform. But, as you said, being yourself really helps, and I strongly agree!

After a 3 year retirement due to knee problems I am going to begin training pro for one last time. Huntsville, AL is bringing a USL team to the city. It will be the last time I attempt a professional team. If I don't make it then I will retire all together. I'll be dammed if I don't give it my all

@@dibejac8391 The issue I am struggling the most with is that I used to do cross country. However I weighed around 235 and was categorically obese. Also I was running an average mile of 5:19. Now even though it is good I rin that fast it is not healthy for someone in my situation to do it. Next thing you know after 5 years of doing that without ever being able to properly adjust my body weight then blam. I blew out both my knees. I recovered, but doctor's recommended me not to ever run. I need the conditioning though. I just have to find a way to lose my belly flat to the point my legs won't get hurt attempting to carry it at a fast pace

I like to get the mistakes out of the way early. It’s like a game icebreaker. Helps to ease the tension and pressure, especially if it’s with a bunch of new players.

just find modern goalkeeping and he will teach you all the skills you need, such as running to the goal line and swatting it out of the way.👍💪🔥😂🤣
