For the wrist pain, you can also do "hanging on the bar" - calisthenics, do 3 sets, make sure you last 30 seconds hanging on the bar, results? Stronger wrist, fingers and arms, of course you'll get a sick grip strength, good bye to pain after playing, plus that machine, all pains caused for long gaming sessions will disappear.

Hello Xifan ive been trying the 3rd layout the movement its way different its very good but i dont have the same accuracy in this such as climbing doors and when shooting from inside the compound also i sprint sometimes out of cover without me wanting to how to i get rid of that ?
