Yes, if you don’t make the cut-off score and your application expire, then you will have to reapply. You will have to repay the fees.

Sorry for the confusion! The score I got from using the calculator came out to be 465. And used that as an example to compare it with the MOST RECENT draw which was at 471 (Sept 30). In that case I will not get an ITA because my points are short. My real score came out to be 450 points. And I got an ITA from the May 15, 2020 draw since the cutoff then was at 447 points ☺️

Hi po, it’s hard to say since we don’t know what the cut-off score will be then. Right now, cut-off has been increasing with the recent one at 471. I did the 1yr SP + 1yr PGWP and only managed to get a score of 450. So if i were still in the pool, I won’t get invited and that puts a lot of time pressure on me with an expiring PGWP and no employer support... But that’s coming from no previous work experience in the PH, CLB 8 IELTS scores and no spouse to increase my score. It may be different score for you depending on your experiences. So while it may be possible, the pressure is on. 😅 Sorry couldn’t given you a solid answer but hope that helps 😊👍

I took up a bachelor's degree in the Philippines and gotten an ECA for it. Plus my 1-year program in Canada. So for my case, that would be two or more certificate, degrees or diplomas, with one being more than three years. hope that helps.

In Canada, accounting is a regulated profession and you will need to be designated in order to be a Tax Accountant/Consultant. I believe one of the requirements is a CA/CPA designation 🙂

So that question is entirely dependent on the employer. 😊👍 Some cases, yes - some no (happened to me) But getting 2 years skilled work experience in Canada is enough to increase your chances of being invited to PR 😊👍

There are a couple problems with your statement. One, it is not possible to qualify for EE as all programs require the you have work experience. Second, how do you know your CRS score is enough as the CRS score is determined by each draw?

That’s really up to the immigration officer reviewing your file 😊👍 I cannot predict that, but generally if your application is complete and you wrote a good letter of explanation - chances of your application being returned or refused are typically low. 😊👍

It’s a component that IRCC uses to determine your CRS score for express entry.

It depends on several factors starting with the city you choose to live in, the school you choose to attend and the program you wish to take - there’s no fixed cost to jumpstart this journey to study in Canada The only fixed costs are the application fees for a study permit which is currently $150 CAD + $85 for biometrics.

Find the PNP program that you are eligible for and apply to it. There are so many.

Hi dear, it depends on what kind of application you will get. If it’s a study permit, you need an Academic Test. For PR immigration, you will need the General test. Also take note, IELTS is only valid for 2 years too! 🥰

What was your Gen IELTS score maam? I mean the one you took in Canada for PR application

PNP has its separate scoring system from the federal immigration programs. But in either programs, you must meet the cutoff score to be invited to apply for PR. 👍

Hi, personally try to look for other ways to improve your CRS score. Perhaps retake IELTS? Your score is good but may not be close enough to get an ITA soon since the cut-off is hovering at 468-470 now. It may take a while for the scores to drop if no more people with high CRS scores enter the pool (which is unlikely). Best to take the proactive approach and search for other ways to boost your CRS score. Hope this helps dear! All the best :)

IELTS has been difficult to register throughout several regions of the world. I am not sure if Italy has the same issue
