Hey Matty, I'm struggling with balance, slipping off the Pedals while pedalling uphill on rocky trails etc Would planking help.

JimmyJamesonJnr Some core strength development could help with this problem if you have already addressed your contact points with your bike. i.e. grip on shoes and flat pedals or clipless pedals.
