I breastfed my daughter for 15 months! It was a struggle but it wasn’t until towards the end of our breastfeeding journey that I got the hang of making enough milk for my daughter.
In this video I go through 5 ways I was able to increase my breastmilk supply! By not just two ounces, but at least 5oz or more and that made a huge difference when your talking only making about 2 oz for one feeding and then going to 7 oz for a feeding!
