how to request for updation in ePPO. The case was sent manually. ePPO is updated in hrms login. But i want to update spouse name spellings. The correct information was already there in hrms. Still ePPO has error. Please guide🙏

U have to request either AG office in writing or contact the treasury as write them a certificated letter regarding correct name of spouse in eppo

ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ 30-04-2023 ਨੂੰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ generate ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ । ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਸਦੀ id ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਲਾਈ for ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।

Yes! I already done every step. Employee will show only when I select from previous date eg ( retired from Jan 23) then employees name appear in only first option. Upon receiving reply of technical query I will share solution here.
